Snoop On "One Life To Live"
Snoop Dogg will make a cameo for the popular daytime soap opera ABC's One Life To Live. The rapper is expected to perform "Sensual Seduction" and "Life of the Party," both singles from his new album Ego Trippin. Snoop will also remix the show's theme song. "My momma always had it on the tube in the crib growing up" says Snoop of the now 40-year-old soap. The episodes will air May 8 & 9. The show has recently showcased performances by Mary J. Blige, Erykah Badu and Timbaland.

Tha Carter III, In April?
Lil' Wayne knows it's time for his Tha Carter III. First he said February, then March, now Weezy has his sights on April as his new release date. At the rate Wayne puts out tracks... it's crazy! Wayne said he has enough material to take him all the way up to Tha Carter X.
This semester Weezy worked with Baby, Jay-Z, Swizz Beatz, Kanye West, Brisco, Ludacris on a duet called "Eat You Alive.", Hurricane Chris, Corey Gunz, Tiger, Lil Mama, Busta Rhymes, Juelz Santana, Fabolous, Alchemist, Cool & Dre, and his own in-house producer Diesel supplied the beats.

Lauryn Hill To Play Rita Marley In Bob Marley Biography
After going under the radar for some time Hill is ready for a comeback. The songstress is slated for the upcoming biopic of Bob Marley. She has been cast for the role of Rita Marley, the widow of the late Bob Marley. Marley died of cancer at 36 in 1981. The project is in early development is scheduled for a late 2009 release, though the project had been startted earlier but production came to a halt after the producer abandoned the film. Hill, who has mothered a number of children with Rohan Marley, is considered an extension of the family and said she would be honored to take the part.

10,000 B.C.
So I wen't to the theatres to see 10,000 B.C. this weekend. I wasn't expecting much but I wasn't expecting a total failure either. Not only was it dull but it was lengthy. Other than a couple of CG action scenes, including the sabertooth, and pyramids I almost fell asleep.
Also if you didn't see the movie pay attention to the suppossed God at the end.

Janet On Top With 'Discipline'
Janet must have been disciplined lately because her first week sales have put her in the top spot on the billboard 200 albums chart. According to Nielsen Soundscan, the Island Def Jam records disc racked up 181,075 copies in sales since arriving in stores on Feb. 26.
'Discipline' is the singers first chart-topping album debut in nearly seven years, since 'All For You' in May 2001.

Wade Out For Season
Miami's Dwayne Wade is out for the remainder of the season to further rehabilitate his surgically repaired left knee.
“I’m doing what’s right,” Wade said Monday night.
Wade becomes the third Heat player who’s out for the season due to injuries.
Wade will get about 3 1/2 months off before the U.S. Olympic men’s basketball team resumes training for this summer’s Olympic Games. “I’m still committed to the Olympic team,” Wade said. “But right now, my focus is on getting healthy.”
Me personally, I think Dwayne should sit out the Olympics. What's the point of resting for the rest of the season and then jumpin' in the olympics where you could potentially get injured. And if you didn't notice Dwayne is INJURY PRONE. Of course there will be those few who say "well he wants to play for his country." Well did you not see the rest of our lineup.
At least we ain't like the Chinese and forcin' our players to play through injury.
